Funeral Service, 12 noon, Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Christ Church, Ash, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Christ Church Churchyard, Ash and Ward 6 at The Princess Royal Hospital,Telford for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
