Lesley, Philip, Margaret, Anne and the Family of the late Mr. Roger Edwards wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and Colleagues for the manycards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love, support and prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of nearly 200 of you at the Funeral Service and for your generous donations which are to be divided between The C.C.U. (Heart and Lung Centre) at New Cross Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Wolverhampton and Ward 11 M.I.U. at The North Stafford Royal Infirmary N.H.S. Trust.
Special thanks to Doctors and all Staff at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton and at The North Stafford Royal Infirmary, Stoke-on -Trent for your care and kindness to Roger throughout his illness, to the Ambulance Service and to all Doctors and Nurses in the Emergency Department at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, to Pete for your most personal contribution to the Service, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such care and dignity, to Katie Price and her team at The Flower Shop, Bridgnorth and to Fleurtations of Shrewsbury for the beautiful floral tributes, to all at Bridgnorth BowlingClub and to Steve Spencer (The Tudor Rooms) for the catering and hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards, to The Revd. John Webb and Organist Mr. David Davies for leading a most uplifting Celebration of Roger's life and to Veronica Oliver and her team at St. Leonard's Church. Finally our thanks to Perry and Phillips Funeral Directors for guiding us through this traumatic time.
