Passed away peacefully at his home, on Thursday, March 17, 2011, aged 74 years.

Dearly loved Partner of Anne, loving Father of Suzanne, Diana and Wendy, Grandfather of Emma, Kristina, Jamie, Alex, Tom and Dan, Great-Grandfather of Jack, Brother of Ian and Paul, Brother-in-law of Jo and Carol.

Derek will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, March 31, 2011, at 11.20am, followed by a Thanksgiving Service to Celebrate Derek's life at Holy Trinity Church, Hope, Minsterley, at 1pm.

Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated for The Midland Air Ambulance and Bishop's Castle Community Hospital Equipment Fund for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
