Of Belvidere, Shrewsbury.
Passed away after a short illness at the Royal Infirmary Stoke on Trent, on March 19, 2011, aged 34 years.
Devoted Partner to Dan, loving Mum to Benjamin, much loved Daughter to Harry and thelate Lesley, special Sister to Kelly.
Will be sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at St Giles' Church, Wenlock Road, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, April 6, at 11am, followed by Committal Service at Emstrey Crematorium.
(Please wear an item of purple as this was Tina's favourite colour.)
Family flowers only please, donations would be appreciated to a Charity yet to be confirmed for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
