Of Sambrook, peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on March 16, 2011, aged 46 years. A much loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister and a dear Friend to many.
Funeral Service, 12.30pm, Thursday, March 31, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations for The Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
