Passed away peacefully on February 7, 2014, at the Severn Hospice, after a short illness, aged 76 years.

Dearly loved Partner of Linda, adored by Sally, Sam and Jasmine, Brother of Hywel and Eleanor.

Derek will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, February 25, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between the Severn Hospice and Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
