Of Woodhouse Crescent, Trench, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Telford, on March 8, 2011, aged 44 years. Beloved Husband of Tracey, devoted Son of Brian and Sandra, dear Brother of Stewart andmuch loved Son-in-law and Uncle.
Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Wrockwardine Wood, on Friday, March 25, at 12.45pm, followed by Committal Service at Telford Crematorium.
Black dress optional.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, for The Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at Church.

Tracy, you have been so brave to cope through the last few months and make Nick's life so happy. We are sure he is very proud of you now and this must give you the strength to make his memories live on.
