Mr Blake Bromley, Julie, Sheila, Paul, Yvonne and the Family of the late Mrs Gam Whitehouse wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your doantions, which are to be divided between Sight Savers and The Salvation Army.

Special thanks to her Doctor, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice, to all the Staff at Oldbury Grange Care Home for your care and kindness to her and to all the Family throughout her stay there, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity and to theReverend John Ward for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of her life.
