Mr Harry Simmons, Jason, Paul, Andrew and the Family of the late Mrs Sue Simmons wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love, support and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to The Severn Hospice, Telford.

Special thanks tothe Doctors and all Staff at The Severn Hospice at Telford for their wonderful care and kindness to Sue throughout her illness, to The Flower Pot Florists at Shifnal for getting the flowers just right and to the Revd Nigel Young for leading us in a mostcomforting Ceremony.
