Passed away peacefully in Bishop's Castle Community Hospital on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, aged 58 years.

Beloved Partner of Sandy, loving Father of Natalie and Martin, Son of Phyllis and the late Henry Lewis of Churchstoke, cherished Brother of Jenny, Jude, Sue, Derek and Barbara.

Will be loved forever and never forgotten.

Funeral Service at St John the Baptist Church, Bishop's Castle on Thursday, February 24 at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 3.20pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Bishop's Castle Community Hospital Palliative Care Suite or Macmillan Nurses Fund.
