Of Madebrook Close, Madeley.

Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on February, 4, 2011, aged 77 years.

He will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Tuesday, February22, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Morris Care Centre, Wellington, would be appreciated.
