It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to such a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend. Passed away on Saturday, February 5, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne.

All are very welcome, at David's Funeral which is to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at 1.20pm

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The National Autistic Society for which purpose a collection boxwill be provided at the Crematorium.
