Keith, Ruth, Alan and the Families of the late Graham Lewis wish to express their sincere thanks to Relatives and Friends, Neighbours and especially Carers for the many cards and messages of sympathy received on the sad loss of theirbeloved Brother.

For attendance at the Funeral Service and kind donations of over œ200 which has been donated to Wayfarers. Special thanks to the Staff at Mansfield Cottage and Wayfarers for the care and kindness shown to Graham during his time there. Pughs the Undertakers for leading such a wonderful celebration of Graham's life.
