Of Oakengates Road, Donnington, Telford, passed away suddenly in hospital on January 14, 2011, aged 28 years, dear Daddy of Dylan and Kai, much loved Son of Liz and Frank, dearly loved Stepson of Bod, a cherished Brother of Kelly, Sophie and Joshua and Boyfriend of Tracey.
Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Wrockwardine Wood, on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at 11.30am, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations if desired pleaseto be divided between The ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital and Holy Trinity Church, Wrockwardine Wood for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
