Passed away at St Michael's Hospice, Bartestree, near Hereford on January 20, 2011, aged 61 years.

Beloved Husband of Caroline and a much loved Father to Beccy, Lindsey and Guy, loving Grandad to Cameron, Barnaby, Frasier, Rupert, Sophie and he will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Service at Hereford Crematorium on Friday, February 4, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only and donations in memory of Phil to be shared between St Michael's Hospice and the Macmillan Nurses.
