Mrs Janet Collins, Neil, Ben, Cindy and the Family of the late Mr Michael Collins wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends, Neighbours, former Teaching Colleaguesand former pupils for the many cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at The South Shropshire Remembrance Park at Rushbury for the Funeral Serviceand for your donations to The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital, totalling œ477.

Special thanks to his Doctor, to the Staff at Much Wenlock Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital for their wonderful care and kindness to Michael and to us, to Mr and Mrs Riley and their Team at Rushbury for accommodating us and for their kindness, to Nicola and to Ben for their very personal contributions to the day, to all at The Lion Hotel at Broseley for looking after everyoneso well afterwards and to Mrs Kate Spohrer for leading a wonderful celebration of Michael's life in The Pavilion at Rushbury and for helping us to say goodbye to him with love and thanks.
