Of Penistone Close, Donnington, Telford. Beloved Husband of Debbie, dearly loved Father of Joanne, Jordan, Lorna and Sion, Grandad of Bobbie-Jay, much loved Son of Cyril and Connie and Brother of Maureen, Margaret, Christine, David and Andrew. Passed away peacefully in Debbie's arms on January 6, 2011, aged 43 years.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at 3pm.

The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
