Of Abbey Fields, Randlay, Telford. Passed away peacefully at home, on January 3, 2011, aged 61 years, in the presence of his Family, following an illness borne with great courage, dignity and humour. Beloved Husband of Teresa, much loved Dad of Trudy and Ian, Father- in-law of Jed, very dear Grandad of Jessica, Laura, Megan, Bethan and Molly and treasured Great-Grandad of Lewis.

Graham will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends, loved and remembered always.

FuneralService at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, January 24, 2011, at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between Stirchley District Nurses and Hospice at Home Palliative Care, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
