Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on January 4, 2011, aged 74 years.
Beloved Husband of Janet, dearly loved Father of Adrian, Tania, Fiona and Rachel, a special Grandad and Brother.
David's courage has been an inspiration to us all, he will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.
A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at Shrewsbury United Reformed Church on Thursday, January 20, at 12.15pm.
Black dress is optional.
