Aged 59 years, peacefully passed away on December 11, 2010, in Stoke Mandeville Hospital, following a very brave fight against Myeloma.

He will be greatly missed by his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take placein the Hampden Chapel, at the Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Wednesday, December 29, at 12.30pm.
