On Thursday, December 9, 2010, peacefully in hospital Terry aged 64 years, of Rosemary Lane, Whitchurch and formerly of Telford, a much loved Husband, Father and Grandad.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium,Shrewsbu ry, on Wednesday, December 22, at 10am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The High Dependency Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Breath for Life Fund.
