Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, December22, 2010, at 1.45pm.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
