Judith, Steve, Susan, Bill, Lynda, Gregg, Sue and the Family of the late Mrs Irene Collins wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support and prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations which are to be divided between The Parkinson's Society and The RNIB.

Special thanks to the Matron and Staff of Bradeney House Nursing Home at Worfield for their care and kindness to Irene, to Bishop Peter Basford and the Brothers and Sisters at Wrekin Chapel, Lawley, for their wonderful Friendship and support to Irene and for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of her life, to Norman Coper and Vera Herriott for their very personal contribuitions to a most special day and to all at The Lion Hotel at Broseley for looking after everyone so well afterwards.
