Of Goulbourne Road, St Georges, Telford. Passed away peacefully on Ward 4 at The Princess Royal Hospital, on November 29, 2010, aged 77 years. Dear Husband of Maureen, Father of Julie and David, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

The Family wish to thank all Staff at the hospital for their care and kindness shown to Norman.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, December 10, 2010, at 11.15am.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for The Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
