Passed away at his home in Middletown on November 13, 2010, aged 58 years.
Beloved Husband of Julie, dear Brother of Alison, fond Son-in-law to John and Carole and fond Uncle to John and Douglas.
Funeral Service atButtington Parish Church on Monday, November 29 at 1pm, followed by Committal at Emstrey Crematorium.
Family flowers only.
