David, Julie, Gary, Penny, Tracie and the Family of the late Mr Terry Mead wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to Shelton Hospital.

Special thanks to his Support Workers for their kindness to Terry and their interest in his welfare and to the Revd Timothy O'Brien and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for a most comforting Service.
