Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, October 14, 2010, at 1.45pm.

Black dress optional.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The County Air Ambulance Fund and Help for Heroes, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
