Roy and Steven would like to thank most sincerely all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown in their sad loss, for attendance at the Service of Thanksgiving and for all donations gratefully received.

Thank you to all Staff on Perry Ward at The Severn Hospice, Ward 23 Haematology and Haematology Clinic 9 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for the care and kindness shown to Ann.

Thanks are also extended to Reverend C Deakin, Canon R Parsonsand Mr M Dawson for conducting the Services and to Pugh's Funeral Directors for all their help and care with the Funeral arrangements.
