Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on February 3, 2014, aged 83 years old.
Much loved Father, Partner, Grandfather and Brother.
Funeral Service to be held at Bradwell Crematorium, Newcastle-under-Lyme on Tuesday, February 18, at 2pm.
