Paul, Jason and Family would like to thank all Relatives and Friends for the many cards and messages of sympathy and support received during this sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between The MAU Department at The Princess Royal Hospital and The Severn Hospice, Telford.

Special thanks to The MAU Department and The Severn Hospice for the outstanding care and kindness shown to Mom and for the supportgiven to the Family.
