Funeral Service and Interment, 1pm, Friday, October 1, at All Saints Church, Forton.

Family flowersonly but donations, if desired, which are to be divided between The County Air Ambulance Fund and All Saints Church, Forton, would be appreciated, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
