Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on September 21, 2010, aged 62 years, sadly missed by his Wife Annette, a loving Father to Emma, Matthew and Alex, beloved Grandfather to Jade, Lauren, Kayla,Chloe and Charlie.

Funeral Service at St. George's Church, Pontesbury, on Monday, October 4, at 12 noon, followed by Committal Service for Family and very close Friends at Shrewsbury Crematorium, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Age Concern and The Stillbirth and NeoNatal Death Society (SANDS).
