Of Charles Street, Trench, Telford. Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 21, 2010, aged 55 years. Beloved Husband of Senga, devoted Brother of Carol and Tommy, Linda, Colin, Jeffrey, Bobby and Susan.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, September 29, at 4.15pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for The Myotonic Dystrophy, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
