Of Roberts Road, Madeley, passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on September 14, 2010, aged 55 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 1.45pm, Thursday, September 30, at Telford Crematorium.
