Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at 4.15pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The Severn Hospice, Telford and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
