Diane, Matthew, Nicola, Russell, Karen, Adam and Nicola would like to thank all Family, Friends and Neighbours for their loving messages of sympathy and support and the cards received, also everyone who attended Paul's Funeral and their kind donations to The Macmillan Nurses and The ITU Trust Fund, (S310R) at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital which amounted to œ894.

Many thanks to Grindles of Wem, Funeral Directors with a special thank you to Rhian for all her support and guidance and The Reverend Christopher Cooke for conducting a lovely Service, grateful thanks also to the S.P. Holding Group for their wonderful tribute.
