Moat Farm, Manafon, passed away peacefully at Tair Carreg, Llansantffraid, on June 25, 2010, aged 83 years. She was the dearly loved Wife of Ken, Mother and Mother-in-law of Kath and John and beloved Nan to Mark,dear Stepmother and Stepmother-in-law to Maureen, Gillian and Gareth, Kathleen, Leonard and Joanne, Helen and Andy, Step-Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

The Funeral Service was held at Penrhos Church, on July 5, followed by Interment in the Churchyard. The Service was conducted by the Rev Alan Ellacott and the Organist Russell Jones. Tributes were by her Godson Graham Wynn and Stepson-in-law Gareth Jones. A peom was read by Ann Mills. The Bearers were Robert Owen, Roy Luke, Leonard Lewis and Andy Lloyd. The Ushers were Gareth Jones and Jonathan Mills.

Ken Lewis and Kath Jones wish to thank all Relatives and Friends for their attendance at the Funeral, for messages of sympathy and donations received totalling œ1,100 for The Haematology Unit, RoyalShrewsbury Hospital, Llanfyllin Group Practice and Montgomery Group Practice.

Special thanks to Dr Sophie Harwood and Llanfyllin District Nurses, Marie Curie and Macmillan Nurses, Montgomery Group Practice, Mid-Wales Carers and Allen B Douglas Carers. Thanks also to Geraint and Ann Peate for their help, kindness and excellent service. Jean Lewis-Jones and Staff for their lovely refreshments.
