Mrs Sue Chamberlain, Mark, Steven, Christopher and the Family of the late Mr Chris Chamberlain wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours and Colleagues for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between The Ward 21 Trust at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust and The Heart and Lung Transplant Fund at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.

We extend our special thanks to his Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust for their care and kindness both to Chris and to us, to Mario and all his Staff at The Parlors Hall Hotel, Bridgnorth for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to theRevd Timothy O'Brien and Organist Dr John Turnock for leading such a wonderful celebration of his life and for allowing us to say goodbye to him with our love and our thanks.
