Passed away peacefully at Ottley House Care Home, on July 29, 2010, aged 66 years.

Beloved Wife of Mick, dearly loved Mother of Craig, Tracey and Yvonne, and muchloved Nan of Alex, Jess and Luke.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, August 5, 2010, at 10am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please, for The Towans at Shelton Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be providedat the Crematorium.
