Of Ash Lea Drive, Donnington, Telford, after a short illness, fell asleep on July 21, 2010, aged 47 years.
Much loved Mom of Sheree, Sophie, Louis, loving Nan of Megan and Tyler and a very special Sister and Aunty.Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Monday, August 2, at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome, or if desired donations for ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
