Peacefully on July 3, 2010.
Loving Mother of Stephen, Dale and Craig, second Mum to Sharon and treasured Nanny and Great-Nanny and loving Sister to Rita and Stella.
Kay will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 11.15am, Thursday, July 15, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations, if so desired, to The Severn Hospice, Telford.
