Aged 96 years, of Belle Vue, Shrewsbury, peacefully passed away at Briarfields Residential Home on Thursday, June 24, 2010.

Now reunited with his beloved Wife May, Syd will be sadly missed by Family and Friends. Cherished Grandfather to Julia and Hilary, Great-Grandfather (GG) to Rhodri, Father to Joan and devoted Friend to Edith.

Service to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Belle Vue, Shrewsbury on Thursday, July 8, 2010, at 11.30am, followed by private Interment at Shrewsbury Cemetery.

Family flowers only please but donations if wished to be divided between Briarfields Residential Home Residents Comforts Fund and Friends of Seabury Close.
