Passed away June 21, 2010, aged 52 years, sadly missed by his beloved Daughter, Family and Friends. He was a wonderful Father to Alex Hayward and devoted Grandfather to Ben Hayward. A life that touched so many, will never be forgotten.
Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at 12 noon.
No flowers please by request, donations if desired to Hope House Childrens Respite Hospice.
