Passed away suddenly on June 26, 2010, aged 59 years, in the presence of Family, at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, after a long and courageously fought illness.

Beloved Husband of Karen, loved Father and Stepfather of Gary, Thomas and Laura and loved Grandad of 'his little girl' Millie, treasured Brother of Barbara, Pat and Les.

Dave will be sadly missed by all who loved him.

Celebration of life at 3pm, on Wednesday, July 7, at Telford Crematorium.

Smart, casual or black clothing optional.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury would be appreciated.
