Most dearly loved Husband of Lee, devoted and loving Father of Alice, Lucy, Hazel and Emily.
Funeral Service 12 noon, on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at St Margaret's Church, Morton Say, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between The Severn Hospice and Marie Curie Nurses Fund for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
