Passed away peacefully at home on May 26, 2010, aged 63 years.

Much loved Husband of Julie and devoted Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. David will be sorely missed by allof his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Friday, June 4, 2010, at 4.15pm, followed by a Celebration of life.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a donation boxwill be provided at the Crematorium.
