Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on January 30, 2014.

He will be sadly missed by his Family.

Funeral Service, 11am, Thursday, February 6, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and Headway (Shropshire) would be appreciated.
