Sarah
Sarah passed away, on March 28, 2010, at The Severn Hospice, aged 46 years. She will be greatly missed by her treasured Daughter Olivia and by all whose lives she touched.
Burial will take place on Tuesday, April 6, 2010,at 11am, at Westhope Green Burial Ground, near Craven Arms, followed by a Celebration of Sarah's life.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to The Severn Hospice.
Please wear normal clothes and bright wellies.
