Stephen, Theresa, Jenny, Mark and the Family of the late Mrs Dawn Ray wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and Colleagues from Bridgnorth Hospital for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for the attendance of nearly 200 of you at the Funeral Service and for your generous donations, which are to be divided between Bridgnorth Community Nurses and Macmillan Cancer Care.

Special thanks to her Doctors and to all the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice, to The Community Nurses, to Macmillan Nurse Lyn Davies and to Harun and all the Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital for their wonderful kindness and care, to Mark for his personal tribute that made a big contribution to a very special day, to the boys for carrying the coffin with such dignity and to the Revd Tim O'Brien and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for helping us to say goodbye to Mum with love and thought.
