Of Highland Lea, Horsehay, Telford. Formerly of Dawley. Passed away peacefully at home, on February 8, 2010, aged 48 years, showing great courage and bravery. Loving Husband of Jill and a devoted Dad of Natasha.
Funeral Service tobe held at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at 10am.
No flowers by request please, donations, if desired, to be divided between The Head and Neck Ward at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Lingen Davies Cancer Relief Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
